Theresa LaSalvia
Theresa LaSalvia is an accomplished real estate broker with a focus on distressed properties... particularly foreclosures.
With over 15 years of experience in the distressed real estate industry, she founded Invest For Less LLC to provide a comprehensive one-stop-shop for all foreclosure real estate needs for buyers and sellers.
She started her career during the 2005 real estate crash and has been involved with distressed properties ever since.
She has a wealth of knowledge about the foreclosure industry, having worked on various aspects of it to include: short sales, BPOs, REO broker for Wells Fargo and HUD.
She was a Closing coordinator of bank-owned foreclosure property at one of the top foreclosure law firms in Illinois, where she coordinated the closings of over 50 residential bank-owned foreclosure properties per month via sites like xome.com, auction.com and hubzu.com.
Aside from her expertise in distressed properties, Theresa holds a title agent license for the state of Illinois and has managed over 600 doors on the North Side of Chicago.
She has experience in national asset management as well, where her team buys and flips off market residential properties virtually across the United States and in Mexico!
Additionally, for the past five years, she has served as an Auction Coordinator now, Auction Manager for the Chicago Auction.com team and has assisted investors in purchasing foreclosures directly from the auction steps in Texas and Illinois for the last five years.
Her current focus is on keeping wealth in the communities where it originated and empowering underserved community members about real estate.
Her mission is to ensure her clients receive the best service and feel completely comfortable dealing in taboo markets like foreclosure, probate and tax sales.
She is dedicated to educating her clients and making the process of buying, selling and saving foreclosure properties as informative and seamless as possible.
